Hook and loop fasteners on the ears of the Techjack insulation jacket and the tie ropes on the sides are one of the supplementary elements that help keeping the jacket on the armature. Hook and loop fasteners are used with 50mm Gray Loop and Gray Hook which are manufactured specifically for the fabric under the TS 12829 standard. By tightening the side tie threads correctly, heat loss on hot lines and condensation on cold lines can be prevented. Tie threads are made of high temperature resistant glass fiber materials.

Sewing threads used in the manufacture of Techjack insulation jacket are resistant to high temperature operating conditions. Sewing threads have an important place in the integrity of insulation jackets. Our sewing threads are made of Kevlar and glass fiber material. Connection elements on hook and eye fastener and connection wire jacket are made of stainless steel.

Fabric used in the jacket is used in the ears on the connection parts of Techjack insulation jackets in order to minimize heat losses and provide the aesthetic appearance of the application.

The label used in the Techjack insulation jacket provides information about the project, reference number, line type, valve type, date of manufacture and the place of assembly. It is resistant to water and weather conditions.
