Occupational Health and Safety

We, as ETS INDUSTRIAL act setting out with the motto “clean, healthy and quality production” with the aim of creating required awareness and culture regarding occupational health and safety in all our employees including top management and with the faith that all work-related accidents and occupational diseases can be prevented. We give direction to our efforts with this attitude, always improve ourselves and act in accordance with the following principles:

• To comply with the legislative regulations relating to Occupational Health and Safety
• To train and to raise awareness of our employees so as to ensure their health and safety
• To make sure that our employees, suppliers and visitors comply with the established Occupational Health and Safety rules
• To determine factors that can cause work-related accidents and occupational diseases in our businesses in advance and to eliminate them
• To measure performance of OHS management system and to do studies in order to increase the performance
• To follow technological developments regarding Occupational Health and Safety and to give direction to our investments accordingly.
• To make sure that our employees and suppliers participate in all our processes

Environment Policy

Setting out from the principle of “sustainable development”, we, as ETS INDUSTRIAL, give direction to our efforts with the purpose of minimizing environmental effects resulting from all our activities and contributing to environmental protection. Setting out with this Vision, we renew ourselves and adopt the following principles:

• To comply with all legal statutes and other obligations established for our sector.
• To determine hazards that may harm the environment and human health always in advance and to take necessary precautions.
• To try to decrease wastes stemming from our plants in their source and to recycle them as much as possible.
• To follow developing technology, to keep the productivity of our facilities at top and thus decrease losses.
• To raise environmental awareness of all our employees and all individuals and companies with which we have relations.
• To continually improve our environmental performance and to consider environmental effects in our new investments as well.
• To use natural sources and energy sources economically and efficiently.

We assure that we will always continue our efforts and investments in order to fulfill the requirements of this policy and our environmental responsibilities together with all our employees.
